Before delivery, we apply a clear coating to the ends of the wooden or plastic hangers. The paint is similar to a varnish and is applied at the end of the hanger with a spray gun through two workflows (primer and non-slip paint). The length of the coating varies, with an average length of 8 cm.

Flake - fast and effective

Self-adhesive stripe made of 3M quality soft silicone material (9x1cm) that you can attach to the end of the hanger yourself. A single layer of laminate holds the garment in place. For example, hanging spaghetti straps works very well. Because the material is so soft, you can even use it for silk or cashmere clothing. Stripe handling is easy. Slip proof - flexible classic

Rubber strip for fitting to the end of a hanger without sticking. With Pieperhanger, you can choose between two sizes to accommodate different widths of hanger. Pad printing - the most popular

Your logo, brand or lettering will be painted on the hanger. Most prints are in one color, but they can be in multiple colors. In addition to the standard range of black, white, silver and anthracite, you can also choose between a variety of RAL and Pantone colours. In order to print your logo, you are required to provide a template, which we will create based on your digital template. Your logo, brand or lettering will be painted on the hanger. We will determine the price of the monochrome printing plate according to your requirements and reorder it with the same printing layout. There is no need to pay the template fee again. You only need to pay the agreed printing cost of each hanger. After printing, the plate will be stored here and ready for further use. Laser Printing - Stay in touch with the latest trends

Your logo will be burned into the surface of the hanger so that the dent is not only visible but also touchable. Laser processing is often used on untreated (raw) hangers to give the printed matter a brown/black appearance, hence the name "branding". The first step in the process is to inject a logo laser into an untreated coat hanger. The second step is to dye or paint the hanger the desired color. With this solution, the logo can remain clearly in the background. Even letters with particularly thin lines and Outlines will work well.

Embossing

This printing process uses a custom brass stamp to embosse your logo on the hanger. Embossing with gold or silver foil produces a very high quality sheen that cannot be achieved by any other printing method. Not every type and label is suitable for embossing. Soft

Give the hanger an amazing matte black look by coating it with a material that makes the hanger surface soft and smooth. This surface type of hanger product is ideal for silk, underwear and high technology textile materials.

Untreated wood

The use of untreated materials, after many times of intensive grinding of the surface, can present a true natural appearance. Because the wood can be polished so smooth, the textile can be hung without strings. High-quality wood such as oak and ash trees look particularly natural, and the surface resembles a natural painted coat hanger, although this type of coat hanger is more sensitive to environmental impacts and signs of natural wear. But the effects of natural influences are often satisfactory.

Dyeing

This is a painting application that specializes in studying the structure of wood using a matte, transparent protective paint. Woody beech has a weak structure and cannot achieve the same effect as oak and ash. Vintage and worn surfaces can be dyed in multiple layers of color for a very unique look. We can apply different doses of stains to present the natural white or gray stains effect, making the appearance of the hanger with more possibilities.
